We present the Silva Rodas residential project, which stands out for its mix of contrasting styles between modern and classic. The house is located in a private area, its architecture combines traditional elements with modern touches, offering large interior spaces and exterior paths that blend into the landscape. This project not only meets the practical needs of our clients, but also exudes beauty in every detail.

The ''LUXURY HOUSE'' condominium is a horizontal real estate property with 7 exclusive homes, characterized by the detail of their wood cladding and tempered glass balconies. Each of these homes was designed under the concept of staggered modulation on different height platforms, due to the slight unevenness of its terrain. This residential space has communal areas such as vegetable gardens for each home, lighting lanterns and a private enclosure, for the exclusive use of the condominium.

ARCHITECTURE ​
Deleg, Ecuador.
The project is located in a wooded area of the Déleg parish. The proximity of other homes and the search for privacy led the project to create its own landscape design, making the most of the predominant characteristics of the land. Therefore, we created a house where the environment, such as light, wind, green spaces, colors, and activities respond to the living space, providing a constant relationship between the exterior and the interior of the house. Beyond the curious eyes of the world, this home reveals a refuge of serenity. One of the characteristics of the house are its pergolas that emerge as an element with a double function: to dress the exterior spaces and generate atmospheres of tranquility, perfect for rest and recreation areas.

Remodeling involves renewing the aesthetic appearance of the house, without involving making structural changes, knocking down walls or making new floors. That is, maintaining what exists, adapting to the current state, but improving its materiality, texture, colors and incorporating elements that differentiate the facade of the house.

BOHO HOUSE
The conceptualization of the boho house was based on the idea of reflecting a special design, through neutral patterns and natural textures, characteristic of its location. Located in front of the sea, on a rocky topography, taking advantage of the 360 views to the fullest. In this house we incorporated the use of stone in walls, wood as an exposed structural element in its facades and reed in its roof details.
